Believe it or not, it’s time to start thinking about getting your titles produced and for sale on Audible, Amazon, and iTunes in time for the holidays. With our expanded stipend offer and its 60-day-production-timeline requirement in mind, NOW is the time for rights holders to claim their titles and post them to ACX, and for producers to kick those auditions into high gear.
Completing and approving your productions by the first week in December should allow Audible to get your audiobook on sale in time for the holidays, however you’ll benefit even more by completing productions even earlier. Those precious extra weeks will give you time to promote your finished audiobook and get some great reviews under your belt before the holiday rush hits. Please check out our Promote Yourself section for tips on getting the word out, and as always, the ACX team is ready and willing to answer your questions and provide guidance.
Best wishes for a productive autumn!
Agreed! It takes more time than most think to crank out a new audiobook.
You will only have to blink and it will be holiday time!
If any one would make my book to audio I would love to get it done in time for the holidays. But so far no one has even looked at it.
